Hey, I’m starting a new habit. I will write a weekly newsletter. It will start small. It will last at least 3 months. Meaning that it should end the last week of February 2023. My goal is to get some feedback and ideas on topics that I stumble as I go along.
I’ll keep this simple. Here are some recommendations:
CopyThat by Sam Parr
CopyThat is a writing course that teaches by writing famous sales letters by hand. I enjoyed each of the 10 lessons. My favorite was the one about Rolex. I learned about why it is important to write in active voice and simple language. HemingwayApp can assist you with that.
Spline now supports clones
I love Spline to design in 3D. It is as easy as using Figma. They added the ability of using clones in your models. Clones enable many objects at the same time without maxing out your GPU. Check this one minute video to see what I mean.
SYB Laptop Pad
In the office or home office I always work on my MacBook. From time to time I like to break the monotony and work from a couch. My laptop radiates annoying heat to my legs, thus I need a pad to block it. SYB Laptop Pad is the leanest and most comfortable pad that I have tried. I recommend it.
